Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education Reminds That SD-SMP Academic Ability Test Results Will Be Announced on 26 May
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen) has reminded that the results of the Academic Ability Test (TKA) for primary and secondary education levels will be announced to test participants on 26 May through the Collective TKA Results List (DKHTKA).
The Head of the Education Assessment Centre (Pusmendik) of Kemendikdasmen, Rahmawati, stated that her office will send the DKHTKA to educational units, which will then verify the personal data information for each test participant.
“Later, the school will ask students to confirm their biodata, full name, date of birth, and so on, as listed in the collective list,” said Rahmawati during the Media Meeting for the Implementation of the Academic Ability Test for Primary/MI/equivalent and Secondary/MTs/equivalent levels at the Alam Sutera Complex, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province, on Thursday afternoon.
If all the data listed in the DKHTKA has been verified as correct, she said the school can directly sign the absolute accountability letter available in the system.
“Individual results will still be provided after the verification process by the school is complete. As long as the school or principal has signed the absolute accountability letter in the system, that is when the SHTKA can be generated by the system, then printed by the school, and distributed to each student,” said Rahmawati.
Meanwhile, to minimise the misuse of student data listed in the electronic SHTKA, the Head of the Basic and Secondary Education Policy Agency (BKPDM) of Kemendikdasmen, Toni Toharudin, said his office has partnered with the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN).
Therefore, he emphasised that student data in the electronic SHTKA is guaranteed security and data protection by the BSSN.
“The SHTKA is indeed provided with very effective security in collaboration with the National Cyber and Crypto Agency so that it cannot be misused,” said Toni.
