Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen) appreciates the participation of the private sector in supporting the expansion of access and the improvement of education quality in the country.

Staff Advisor for Talent Management at Kemendikdasmen, Mariman Darto, stated that the involvement of the private sector in distributing educational play tools (APE) in the fields of literacy, numeracy, science, and English helps the government realise Golden Indonesia 2045.

“Therefore, we certainly appreciate Oreo’s steps in continuously providing tangible contributions to the government’s priority programmes. And we hope that the programme can provide broad benefits,” said Mariman during the Oreo Berbagi Seru event in Jakarta on Wednesday.

The launch of the programme, which targets early childhood, he said, aligns with Kemendikdasmen’s vision and mission, which is currently strengthening education and the character of students from an early age.

Meanwhile, Marketing Director of Mondelez Indonesia, Anggya Kumala, said that the Oreo Berbagi Seru Programme is a form of support to Kemendikdasmen in improving the quality of learning and equitable access to education through enjoyable teaching and learning activities.

“The focus of Oreo Berbagi is our sustainable contribution in the field of education, where improving quality and equitable access to education remains one of the challenges we face together,” she said.
