“A total of 219 cases have been successfully resolved, consisting of 54 cases at the central level and 165 cases in the regions,” said Minister of ATR/BPN Nusron Wahid during a working meeting with Commission II of the House of Representatives (DPR RI) at the parliamentary complex in Senayan, Jakarta, on Tuesday.

He explained that in 2026, the Ministry of ATR/BPN has set an effective target for handling 2,151 land cases, comprising 122 cases at the central level and 2,029 cases in the regions.

From the total, 219 cases have been resolved. “The highest resolution is in the litigation category with 155 cases, while disputes resolved number 39 cases and conflicts 25 cases,” he said.

According to Nusron, this achievement demonstrates the Ministry of ATR/BPN’s commitment to accelerating the resolution of land cases.

“Nevertheless, strengthening prevention and handling strategies for land cases collaboratively is still needed, especially for conflict cases that have high complexity,” said Nusron.

On Tuesday, Commission II of the DPR RI held a working meeting and hearing with Minister of ATR/BPN Nusron Wahid to discuss performance achievements, budget absorption, and follow-up on the 2025 Financial Audit Board (BPK) examination.

Nusron stated that budget absorption in the first quarter of 2026 has reached Rp1.79 trillion, or about 20.10% of the effective budget ceiling of Rp8.89 trillion.

In addition, the Ministry of ATR/BPN has submitted all follow-ups on 62 recommendations from the BPK RI in 2025. A total of 90.77% of the recommendations have been stated as completed, while the remaining 9.23% have not yet been followed up.

“This shows the Ministry of ATR/BPN’s commitment to continuously improving the quality of financial management and following up on audit recommendations sustainably,” said Nusron.
