Minister of Law says 'Pasti Ada Solusi' programme is an anti-corruption effort
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Minister of Law, Supratman Andi Agtas, stated that the ‘Pasti Ada Solusi’ (There is Always a Solution) programme is one of the efforts to eradicate corruption within public services at the Ministry of Law.
The programme provides a platform for complaints from the entire community regarding issues with Ministry of Law services in a transparent manner, which is also broadcast live.
“This is a manifestation of what we are doing to translate the President’s wishes,” Supratman said during the ‘Pasti Ada Solusi’ event in Jakarta on Friday.
According to him, opening a complaint service openly and without any censorship is not an easy task, as the impact could affect various aspects, including himself personally.
Nevertheless, with the magnanimity and readiness of all parties within the Ministry of Law, Supratman believes that the resources within the Ministry and all work units, from regional offices to main units, can undertake improvement efforts in response to various demands and complaints.
The ‘Pasti Ada Solusi’ programme is an open dialogue space initiated by the Ministry of Law to absorb aspirations and resolve various public grievances.
The event was led by the Minister of Law as a form of the government’s rapid response in improving and ensuring that public services function effectively.
During the two sessions of the ‘Pasti Ada Disolusi’ programme held so far, the Minister of Law noted that almost all incoming complaints were resolved on the spot, while the remainder are awaiting resolution as certain procedures must be followed first.
“I am grateful to all the heads of the main units, both middle and primary, for this,” he said.
He hopes that the ‘Pasti Ada Solusi’ programme will become part of the effort to interact with and receive feedback for the Ministry of Law, so that current services can be continuously improved.
He also urged all layers of Indonesian society to download the Ministry of Law’s SuperApp to make accessing Ministry services easier.
The application is named PASTI, which can be downloaded from both the Apple Store and the Google Store.
All members of the Indonesian public can download it and complete all necessary data if they wish to submit a complaint, which will be processed within 24 hours.
