Minister of ATR: Target for completing RDTR this year is 400 RDTRs
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Nusron Wahid has revealed a target to complete 400 Detailed Spatial Plans (RDTR) this year.
Regarding the acceleration of RDTR completion, the government is targeting the provision of 1,200 district/city RDTRs to be completed in stages during the 2026-2028 period, with a required budget of Rp3.82 trillion. For the 2026 fiscal year target of 400 RDTRs, an additional budget of Rp998 billion is needed,” said Nusron during a working meeting with Commission II of the House of Representatives (DPR RI) in Jakarta on Tuesday.
Furthermore, he continued, the government is also targeting the acceleration of revisions to 309 Regional Spatial Plans (RTRW) to be completed in stages during the 2026-2028 period with a requirement of Rp1.03 trillion.
“The target for the 2026 fiscal year is 104 RTRWs with a proposed Rp361 billion. These 309 RTRWs are distributed across 38 provinces throughout Indonesia,” said Nusron.
A Detailed Spatial Plan, abbreviated as RDTR, is a detailed plan for the spatial arrangement of a district/city area, complete with district/city zoning regulations.
The content of a district/city RDTR includes the objectives of the planning area arrangement; spatial structure plan; spatial pattern plan; provisions for space utilisation, and zoning regulations.
Meanwhile, the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) is a major plan for a region, whether at the provincial or district/city level.
RTRW serves as a long-term vision for a region and a broad division of area zones.
For information, Minister of ATR/BPN Nusron Wahid emphasised the importance of accelerating the preparation of Detailed Spatial Plans (RDTR) to support investment and permitting reforms.
