Minister Nusron Reports 95.73 Percent Budget Absorption for ATR/BPN in 2025
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Nusron Wahid said his ministry’s budget absorption in 2025 reached 95.73 per cent of the total allocation.
“The realisation of the ATR/BPN Ministry’s budget in 2025 was Rp6.128 trillion, or 95.73 per cent of the total ceiling of Rp6.401 trillion,” Nusron said in a statement quoted in Jakarta on Thursday.
Minister Nusron detailed the ministry’s budget management during the 2025 fiscal year, saying the ministry received an additional allocation of Rp490.2 billion, domestic grants of Rp12.79 billion, and foreign grants of Rp22.60 billion.
According to him, amid the government’s budget efficiency policy in 2025, the ATR/BPN Ministry obtained a relaxation of its blocked budget in two phases.
He said the funds were then used to meet personnel expenditure needs and support the implementation of national priority programmes in the land services and spatial planning sectors.
“The first phase of Rp766.4 billion was allocated for non-civil servant personnel expenditure for those whose status changed to government employees on work agreements (PPPK). The second phase of Rp666.9 billion was for candidate civil servant personnel expenditure, national priority programmes, defence and spatial services, facilities and infrastructure, and non-tax state revenue management support,” he said.
Nusron conveyed this while reporting the ATR/BPN Ministry’s 2025 budget realisation at a joint working meeting with Commission II of the House of Representatives (DPR).
The report was submitted as a follow-up to deliberations on the Draft Law on Accountability for the Implementation of the 2025 State Budget, currently being proposed by the Ministry of Finance to the DPR’s Budget Committee.
