Jakarta — The Minister for National Development Planning (PPN)/Head of the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas), Rachmat Pambudy, said the National Talent Management (MTN) Master Plan design is a crucial part of national development, because the nation’s future will be determined by our ability to prepare talents capable of competing globally, in an official statement issued in Jakarta on Friday.
The RTM serves as a strategic consolidation forum to strengthen the direction of MTN’s implementation as an instrument for human resources development that is implemented in a systematic and sustainable manner.
The signing of PKS and NDA as parallel components of the RTM, he continued, marks a joint commitment to strengthen the governance of talent data that is integrated and linked within a single sustainable national system.
Rachmat Pambudy emphasised the importance of MTN as a broad framework that orchestrates interventions in an integrated manner between the central government, local governments, and development partners to ensure that the nation’s best talents can grow, develop, and contribute tangibly to development.
