Jakarta (ANTARA) — Minister for Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) Rini Widyantini has submitted the Performance Audit Report on the National Public Service Complaints Management System (SP4N) for 2024 through to the first semester of 2025, along with the Entry Meeting for the 2025 Financial Report Audit, to the Supreme Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK).

“With this collaboration, I hope that state financial management will become increasingly transparent, efficient, and capable of delivering tangible benefits for the public whilst supporting the acceleration of bureaucratic reform in Indonesia,” Rini said in a statement in Jakarta on Monday.

The submission of the Ministry of PANRB’s 2025 Financial Report represents a form of accountability for the ministry’s budget management to the state and the public.

Rini stressed that financial reports are not merely an administrative obligation but an important instrument for measuring the effectiveness of programmes and budget utilisation in supporting bureaucratic reform.

She expressed hope that BPK’s audit findings and recommendations would serve as material for ongoing evaluation to improve the quality of financial management and organisational performance.

The event reflects the strong synergy between the Ministry of PANRB and BPK in strengthening the state’s financial oversight and accountability systems, and marks an important moment in reinforcing state financial management accountability whilst improving the quality of public services through the national complaints system.

The submission of the financial report reaffirms the Ministry of PANRB’s commitment to achieving clean, transparent, and accountable governance, whilst supporting the realisation of a professional and integrity-driven bureaucracy.

Rini also conveyed that SP4N is a strategic instrument in delivering public services that are responsive, transparent, and oriented towards the needs of the public.

“Strengthening the public complaints system not only improves service quality but also serves as an important means of building public trust in the government,” she said.

BPK Member III and Head of State Financial Audit (PKN) III Akhsanul Khaq also emphasised on the occasion that financial report audits are a vital instrument for ensuring state financial management is conducted transparently, accountably, and in accordance with government accounting standards and prevailing legislation.

“This audit also provides adequate assurance regarding the fairness of government financial report presentation,” he affirmed.
