Minister Appreciates TASPEN's Role in Developing 134 Public Service Malls and National Digital MPP Application
PT TASPEN (Persero) is strengthening its commitment to supporting public service transformation by expanding access to its services in 134 Public Service Malls (MPP) across districts and cities throughout Indonesia, as well as integrating services into the National Digital MPP. This effort has made services increasingly accessible, fast, and integrated for civil servants (ASN), pensioners, and heirs across Indonesia.
Minister for Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) Rini Widyantini expressed appreciation for this strategic move during the inauguration of eight Public Service Malls for the first semester of 2026 in Jakarta on Monday (15/6/2026).
Rini assessed that TASPEN’s presence in Public Service Malls makes a tangible contribution to strengthening the quality of active public services oriented towards community needs. TASPEN’s presence in MPPs expands participants’ access to various services, ranging from information and consultation services, claim submissions, membership and pension administration services, to other supporting services that can be accessed more easily through a single integrated service point.
“Ensure that the presence of MPPs plays a role in providing real benefits to the community. Not just as a place for consultation, but it must become an active and consistent service channel. Some time ago, I visited an MPP in DKI Jakarta. I really appreciate that TASPEN actively came and joined in discussions with pensioners who were having difficulty accessing services,” said the PANRB Minister.
This appreciation reflects the importance of cross-agency collaboration in bringing public services closer to the community. As part of the MPP ecosystem, TASPEN provides various services that can be accessed through a one-stop service connected to various government agencies.
TASPEN Corporate Secretary, Henra, stated that as the manager of social security programmes for civil servants and state officials, TASPEN views MPPs as service nodes that bring together various community needs within an integrated service ecosystem.
“Through the presence of TASPEN services in MPPs and the National Digital MPP application, participants can now access services more easily without needing to visit a specific branch office. TASPEN wants to ensure that fast services are accessible to participants wherever they are,” said Henra.
Henra explained that strengthening services through MPPs and the National Digital MPP application aligns with TASPEN’s service transformation, which focuses on improving the participant experience through the use of technology, cross-agency collaboration, and expanding access to reach all participants. This step is part of TASPEN’s commitment to supporting public service transformation and contributing to the achievement of the President of Indonesia’s Asta Cita goals, particularly in realising effective governance oriented towards public service.
