Minister and Officials of Halalbihalal with Prabowo at the Palace
JAKARTA - The ranks of the Red and White Cabinet ministers, the heads of high state institutions, and other officials participated in halalbihalal with President Prabowo Subianto during the griya (open house) event at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta.
The entourage of officials was received by President Prabowo after the Head of State greeted the people who came to the Presidential Palace during the griya title event since Saturday afternoon.
From the entourage of officials, there was Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto and his wife, then Minister of Tourism Widiyanti Putri Wardhana and her husband, entrepreneur Wisnu Wardhana, and Deputy Minister of Population and Family Development of Indonesia Isyana Bagoes Oka and his family.
In the same entourage, there was also the Chairman of the MPR Ahmad Muzani, the Chairman of the DPD Sultan Bachtiar Najamudin, the Minister of Investment and Industrialization/Head of BKPM Rosan Perkasa Roeslani and his wife, the Minister of Housing and Spatial Planning Maruarar Sirait, CIO Danantara Pandu Sjahrir, and Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin who wore a Malay kebaya complete with songket cloth.
In the halalbihalal event, there was also the Head of the State-Owned Enterprises Regulation Agency, Dony Oskaria, the Head of the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) Arif Satria, and the Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa and his wife and children.
Behind Purbaya, there is the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, PLN President Director Darmawan Prasodjo, Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology Brian Yuliarto, and Deputy Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Didit Herdiawan Ashaf.
The entourage of state officials and other guests lined up from the front door of the Merdeka Palace to shake hands one by one with President Prabowo.
In the series of events, President Prabowo also carried out a halalbihalal with the 6th President of the Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and his family, and the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo and his family.
The title of griya at the Presidential Palace during Eid al-Fitr is a routine agenda held every year during President Prabowo’s term.
During the Eid al-Fitr celebration, the Indonesian Presidential Palace is open to the general public.
The Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi, when met by reporters on the sidelines of the griya title event, explained that the number of people who entered the Palace for halalbihalal with the President reached 4,000 to 5,000 people.
“We give the opportunity to people who want to attend voluntarily, welcome. As long as it is still possible, we allow them to enter the Merdeka Palace environment,” said Prasetyo Hadi.
Residents who came to halalbihalal with the President entered from the back door of the State Palace, then walked into the central courtyard area of the Presidential Palace.
Various typical Lebaran dishes, such as ketupat and opor, then empal gentong, and meatballs are served for people who attend the title of the griya event at the Palace.
The halalbihalal and the griya title event at the Palace were then closed on Saturday evening at around 18.00 WIB.
