Minister: Allowance Transfers for Non-ASN Teachers 100% Complete
Jakarta (ANTARA) – Minister of Primary and Secondary Education Abdul Mu’ti said transfers of the professional teacher allowance (TPG) for non-ASN teachers had been completed in full as of 10.30am on Monday.
Mu’ti said the allowance covered a three-month period—July, August and September—with each teacher entitled to Rp2 million per month.
“According to a report from the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education’s Centre for Education Financing Services (Puslapdik) at 10.30am today, all allowances for non-ASN teachers have been disbursed in full. All payments for July, August and September have been sent,” Mu’ti said at a media briefing on the ministry’s achievements over its first two years, held at the ministry’s Building A in Central Jakarta on Monday.
As a result, he said each non-ASN teacher whose eligibility data had been validated would receive a total of Rp6 million.
“First of all, we would like to apologise for the delay in disbursing teachers’ allowances that occurred some time ago. I fully understand that, for teachers, the allowance is not just a number. I share and understand your concerns,” said Nunuk Suryani, Director General of Teachers and Education Personnel, when contacted in Central Jakarta on Thursday afternoon (22 October).
Nunuk added that teachers whose data were valid but who had not received their allowance by the end of October could report the issue directly through https://ult.kemendikdasmen.go.id/, by calling 177, or by emailing pengaduan@kemendikdasmen.go.id.
