Mining sector PNBP revenue rises by 6.21% to Rp48.95 trillion through April 2026
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) has reported that the realisation of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) by the Directorate General of Minerals and Coal (Minerba) for January–April 2026 reached Rp48.95 trillion. Director General of Minerals and Coal (Dirjen Minerba) Tri Winarno said the figure rose 6.21% from the same period last year, which stood at Rp46.09 trillion. ‘Ladies and gentlemen, the respected ones, in terms of the PNBP realisation by the Directorate General of Minerals and Coal at this time for the January–April period it reached Rp48.9 trillion,’ Tri said during an RDP with Commission XII of the Indonesian House of Representatives on Tuesday, 19 May 2026. According to Tri’s briefing, the 2026 PNBP target also increased to Rp133.93 trillion, up 7.36% from the 2025 target of Rp124.75 trillion. ‘Actually, if extended to May it would reach Rp55 trillion, and on a year-on-year basis 6.21%, and in terms of the 2026 target it would amount to a figure higher than 2025,’ Tri said. On a monthly basis, Minerba’s PNBP realisation in January 2026 was Rp11.18 trillion, February Rp9.97 trillion, March Rp12.01 trillion, and April Rp15.79 trillion. Compared with the same period last year, January 2026 fell by 9.33%. However, February rose 7.55%, March 3%, and April jumped significantly by 23.07%.
