Mining Issuers TINS and INCO Boost Production and Commit to Massive Capex
Mining issuers are reaping the benefits of rising commodity prices throughout 2026 and are preparing to capitalise on the trend. PT Timah Tbk (TINS) is preparing a revision to its Company Work Plan and Budget (RKAP), while PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO) continues its expansion through a massive capital expenditure of US$1.1 billion (approximately Rp19.36 trillion at an exchange rate of Rp17,600 per US dollar).
TINS Finance Director Fina Eliani stated that the company’s revenue reached Rp10.4 trillion, representing a 147% year-on-year increase, while net profit skyrocketed by 805% to Rp2.7 trillion. Revenue realisation as of June 2026 has already reached approximately 67% of the target set in the 2026 RKAP.
