Mining and Construction Sectors Boost Revenue by 35 Percent
Construction sector company PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE), a subsidiary of state-owned enterprise PTPP, recorded new contracts worth Rp1.5 trillion up to the second quarter of 2026, dominated by the mining and construction services segment with a contribution of 97%.
“This achievement is part of the company’s strengthening process towards healthier and more sustainable performance. We will continue to maintain governance, financial management discipline, and the company’s operational quality,” said PPRE Vice President Corporate Secretary Mei Elsa Kembaren in an official statement in Jakarta on Wednesday (19/8).
Along with the new contract achievement, the company recorded consolidated revenue of Rp2.2 trillion up to June 2026, growing 35% year on year (yoy) compared to Rp1.6 trillion in the same period the previous year.
“This growth reflects operational activities that remain well maintained while strengthening PPRE’s core business position amid the dynamics of the mining and construction services industry,” said Mei.
The company’s largest revenue contribution came from the mining and construction segment at 97.3%, demonstrating the company’s consistency in executing its core business focus while strengthening its capabilities as a mining and construction services company.
In terms of profitability, the company reduced its current-year loss by 93.4% (yoy) to Rp88.6 billion up to June 2026, compared to a loss of Rp1.3 trillion in 2025.
“Revenue growth shows that PPRE’s operational activities remain well maintained. The reduction in losses is also a positive development in the process of strengthening PPRE’s fundamentals. Going forward, we are focused on efficiency, productivity, asset optimisation, and improving project quality and profitability,” said PPRE President Director Rizki Dianugrah.
Furthermore, the company also recorded an improvement, with impairment expenses falling from Rp656 billion in 2025 to Rp57.9 billion in June 2026.
Meanwhile, finance costs were recorded at Rp167.7 billion in June 2026, lower than Rp171.4 billion in the same period the previous year.
Going forward, the company confirmed it will continue to strengthen its capabilities in the mining and construction services sector, optimise assets and project portfolios, and improve efficiency as part of steps to realise its vision of becoming a leading mining and construction services company in Indonesia.
