Minibus Collides with Motorcycle in West Jakarta, Three Injured

A traffic accident involving a minibus and a motorcycle occurred on Jalan Kemanggisan Utama Raya, Palmerah District, West Jakarta. The female motorcyclist sustained injuries as a result of the accident.

According to the Head of the Law Enforcement Unit of the West Jakarta Metro Police Traffic Unit, AKP Joko Siswanto, the incident occurred on Wednesday (25/2/2026) at 11:00 PM. The victim suffered injuries to several parts of her body.

“The victim suffered injuries to the head, face, legs, arms, and chest,” Joko told reporters on Thursday (26/2).

The accident began when the minibus was travelling from east to west. Upon arriving at Jalan Inspeksi, it collided with a motorcycle travelling in the same direction in front of it on the right side.

“Thus, a traffic accident occurred,” he said.

Joko said that two passengers on the motorcycle also sustained injuries. The victims suffered injuries to their arms and legs.

“The three victims then sought treatment at Pelni Petamburan Hospital, and the damaged vehicles were taken away,” he concluded.
