Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - State-owned mining holding company PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (MIND ID) has altered its board of directors by adding a new position following a decision at its annual general meeting of shareholders (RUPS) for the 2025 financial year.

According to documents received by CNBC Indonesia, the annual RUPS was held on Tuesday (9/6/2026). The meeting resulted in the appointment of Wahyu Suparyono as Director of Finance and Investment, replacing Adityo Kusumo.

Additionally, Achmad Ardianto was appointed as Director of Downstreaming Strategy and Downstream Operations, replacing Tedy Badrujaman. Achmad Ardianto previously served as President Director of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) from 2025 and as President Director of PT Timah Tbk for the 2021-2023 period.

The MIND ID RUPS also appointed Suko Hartono as Director of Research, Development and Sustainability. This is a newly created position within the MIND ID organisation. Suko previously served as President Director of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) from 2020 to 2021. He was also appointed as an Independent Commissioner at the PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) annual RUPS for 2025 held on Wednesday (10/6/2026).
