Jakarta — Corporate Secretary of MIND ID Pria Utama has stressed that benefits generated from the management of natural resources must return to society in the form of tangible and sustainable impact. This principle forms the foundation for the State-Owned Mining Industry Holding Company in implementing various social programmes.

This commitment was reflected in the Joint Iftar for Orphaned Children organised by MIND ID as part of the 2026 Ramadan Safari Programme in Jakarta on Tuesday, 10 March 2026. The activity served as a space for togetherness and represented the company’s effort to foster optimism amongst the younger generation, particularly orphaned children and persons with disabilities.

“Mining is not merely about extracting and selling natural resources, but rather ensuring that its benefits can be felt by younger generations, so that it can become energy for them to build a future civilisation full of hope,” said Pria in Jakarta on Wednesday, 11 March 2026.

During the event, nearly 300 children received packages of essential goods and financial assistance. They participated in various Ramadan activities, ranging from Qur’anic recitation, Islamic sermons, joint iftar, to congregational Taraweeh prayer.

The atmosphere of togetherness was also enriched with puppet shows that entertained the children. MIND ID presented a motivational storytelling session delivered by Pambudi Soenarsihanto, Director of Corporate Transformation and Human Capital Management at MIND ID.
