JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Military Prosecutor II-07 Jakarta displayed several pieces of evidence in the case of the sulphuric acid attack on KontraS activist Andrie Yunus during a trial session focused on witness examination at the Military Court II-08 Jakarta on Wednesday (6/5/2026).

In this case, there are four defendants involved in the acid attack: Sersan Dua Edi Sudarko, Letnan Satu (Lettu) Budhi Hariyanto Widhi, Kapten Nandala Dwi Prasetya, and Lettu Sami Lakka.

Before displaying the clothing and the liquid used for the attack, the Military Prosecutor showed a photo of Edi Sudarko after being splashed with the acid.

The tumbler presented in the courtroom was found to have no lid.

“Why choose a tumbler?” asked the judge.

“That was the only one available,” replied defendant Sersan Dua Edi Sudarko.

The Prosecutor then displayed several items belonging to Andrie Yunus that he was wearing at the time of the incident, including an undershirt, glasses, trousers, and shirt.

“No lenses, just the frame,” replied the prosecutor.

In addition to the victim’s belongings, there was also a flash drive containing CCTV footage, battery fluid, and a bottle of rust remover.

The CCTV footage of the acid attack will be played when Andrie is present in the trial.

Furthermore, Andrie Yunus’s helmet and the two motorcycles belonging to the perpetrators were presented as evidence in the trial.
