Middle East "Heats Up", Bahlil Confident Supply - Indonesia's Fuel and LPG Prices Secure

Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Bahlil Lahadalia has assured that the government will safeguard the supply, reserves, and distribution of energy, including petroleum fuels such as petrol and diesel, as well as LPG, amid the ongoing heated geopolitical situation in the Middle East and the momentum of the Idulfitri 2026 homecoming. On the other hand, Bahlil admitted that the government cannot yet determine when the geopolitical conflict in the Middle East will conclude. For this reason, President Prabowo Subianto has instructed Indonesia to continue seeking oil supplies from other countries to ensure national energy resilience remains intact.
