Manchester United manager Michael Carrick has confirmed that senior Brazilian midfielder Casemiro will have an emotional farewell match at Old Trafford. The moment is scheduled to occur when the Red Devils host Nottingham Forest in the continuation of the Premier League match, next Sunday.
This certainty was conveyed by Carrick after Casemiro was declared fit to return to the field. Previously, the former Real Madrid player was absent when United faced Sunderland last week.

Casemiro joined Manchester United in the summer of 2022. During his four seasons of service, he has become an important pillar in midfield and made significant contributions to the club.
