The man born in Kudus on 2 October 1939 breathed his last at 13:15 local time.

“The extended family of PT Djarum expresses its condolences on the passing of Mr Michael Bambang Hartono on Thursday, 19 March 2026 at 13:15 Singapore time,” said Budi, as quoted by Kompas.com on Thursday (19/3/2026).
