MHKI Distributes Rp9.9 Billion Dividend, Revenue Grows 24 Percent in 2025

PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk (MHKI) has decided to distribute a cash dividend of Rp9.9 billion for the 2025 financial year. President Director Alwi stated that the dividend payout reflects the company’s commitment to delivering added value to shareholders, whilst reinforcing the foundation for long-term growth. “This dividend distribution is a form of appreciation to shareholders for the trust placed in the company. At the same time, we remain focused on strengthening business capacity and developing our operations to support sustainable growth,” Alwi said in a statement received in Jakarta on Tuesday. The dividend schedule set by the company includes cum dividend on the regular and negotiation markets on 30 June 2026, with the ex-dividend date on 1 July 2026. The cum dividend date for the cash market is scheduled for 2 July 2026, and the ex-dividend date for 3 July 2026. Dividend payments to shareholders will be made on 24 July 2026. Alwi revealed that the company’s improved performance in 2025 was supported by high industrial demand for waste management services that meet environmental standards, as well as increasingly stringent regulations. “The company continues to strengthen its capabilities to provide integrated services and meet the needs of customers across various industrial sectors,” Alwi said. For 2026, the company is optimistic about the prospects for the waste management industry, driven by rising national industrial activity, growing awareness of sustainability practices, and stronger implementation of environmental regulations. “We see significant growth opportunities ahead. With strong fundamentals, expanding capacity, and a commitment to sustainability, the company is optimistic it can create healthy and sustainable growth for all stakeholders,” Alwi added. Throughout 2025, the company recorded revenue of Rp212 billion, representing 24 percent year-on-year growth. “This growth reflects the company’s success in maintaining business momentum whilst strengthening its position in Indonesia’s developing waste management industry,” Alwi concluded.
