Automotive manufacturer Morris Garages (MG) Motor Indonesia has prepared an after-sales service programme for vehicle owners ahead of the 2026 Eid holiday travel season. The initiative, branded SMILE 2026 (MG Smiles on Eid Day), encompasses vehicle inspections, accessories discounts, and standby workshop services.

The programme runs from 9–27 March 2026 and is available across MG’s entire official dealer network throughout Indonesia. The service aims to assist vehicle owners in ensuring their cars are in optimal condition before embarking on long-distance journeys.

Within this programme, MG provides complimentary vehicle inspections featuring 60 inspection checkpoints. The inspections cover critical components including engine systems, fuel systems, electrical systems, brakes, transmission, air conditioning systems, and other supporting components.

These inspections aim to help vehicle users understand their car’s condition before undertaking holiday travel. Inspected vehicles are expected to be in roadworthy condition for long-distance journeys.

Beyond vehicle inspections, MG is also offering discounts of up to 50 per cent on genuine accessories throughout the programme duration. This offer targets MG vehicle owners seeking to enhance their vehicles with genuine manufacturer accessories.

Arie Bowo, After Sales Manager at MG Motor Indonesia, stated that the programme has been prepared as support for MG vehicle users planning to travel during the Eid holiday period.
