Metro Police Chief Inaugurates Satpamobvit Office in Bekasi, Confident It Will Strengthen Services

Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Asep Edi Suheri inaugurated the Satpamobvit Office and Babelan Police Station at Metro Bekasi Police Headquarters in West Java. Asep expressed confidence that the newly inaugurated offices would strengthen service delivery to residents.

The inauguration was conducted by Asep in Bekasi on Tuesday, 17 March 2026. In addition to Asep, the event was attended by Metro Jaya Deputy Police Chief Brigadier General Dekananto Eko Purwono and Metro Bekasi Police Chief Senior Commissioner Sumarni.

“This office inauguration must become an inspiration for all personnel to provide the best service to the public,” said Asep.

Asep stated that the National Police (Polri) are strengthening service delivery so that the public receives faster, more accessible, and optimal services. He noted that the inauguration of the two offices represents an effort to strengthen police facilities and infrastructure in Bekasi Regency.

Asep expressed hope that the new office would support his subordinates’ performance in providing protection and service to the public. He hoped that the Satpamobvit Office would assist in securing vital objects within the Metro Bekasi Police jurisdiction.

Meanwhile, the Babelan Police Station office is expected to make it easier for residents to access police services. He instructed the Babelan Police Station personnel to respond to public complaints swiftly.

“The presence of Polri must truly be felt, with fast, responsive, and humanistic service that can provide a sense of security to residents,” he said.
