Metro Jaya Police Close Mobile Administrative Services During Nyepi, Eid al-Fitr Holiday Period

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Metro Jaya Police Regional Office will close its one-stop administrative services (Samsat) operations across the Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi region (Jadetabek) from 18 to 24 March 2026 in observance of Nyepi, Eid al-Fitr, and the national public holiday period.

“From 18-24 March 2026, all Samsat office services in the Metro Jaya Police region will be closed. Services will resume on 25 March 2026,” stated the Metro Jaya Police through their official X account on Wednesday.

Additionally, from 19 to 24 March 2026, driver’s licence services at the Daan Mogot Traffic Unit, the DKI Jakarta Traffic Unit, the DKI Jakarta Licence Service Centre, and the mobile licence unit will also be suspended and will reopen on 25 March 2026.

For licence holders whose permits expire during the 19-24 March 2026 period, licence renewal can be processed on 25 March 2026 using the standard renewal procedure.

However, licence holders who do not renew their permits during this period will be required to complete the full new licence issuance process.
