Metro Jaya Police and Directorate General of Taxes uncover counterfeit stamp duty syndicate

The Metro Jaya Regional Police, together with the Directorate General of Taxes at the Ministry of Finance, have uncovered a syndicate involved in the production and sale of counterfeit stamp duty across multiple regions. During a press conference held at the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation building of the Metro Jaya Regional Police on Wednesday (19/8), police named 16 individuals as suspects and confiscated 3.4 million illegal stamp duty pieces as well as a number of production tools.
