Meth Dealer Treasurer Koko Erwin and Police Briber in Bima to Stand Trial

Ais Setiawati and A Hamid, also known as Boy Dara, are set to face trial regarding drug trafficking in the Bima region of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). Ais serves as the treasurer for the drug lord Koko Erwin.

Meanwhile, Boy Dara is a drug trafficker within the Koko Erwin network who is also accused of bribing the former Head of Narcotics Unit at Bima Police and the Bima City Police Chief, Didik Putra Kuncoro. The case files for both Ais and Boy Dara have been declared complete (P-21), and both will be tried at the Bima District Court.

“Today, the second stage of the process was conducted, involving the handover of the suspects (Ais and Boy Dara) and the evidence from police investigators to the Public Prosecutor (JPU),” stated the Head of the Bima District Attorney’s Office, Heru Kamarullah, to detikBali on Thursday (25/06/2026).

Following the handover, Heru stated that both suspects immediately underwent administrative examinations by the Public Prosecutor. This examination pertains to the identities of the suspects and the core charges brought against them.

“The examination took place immediately. Both suspects were accompanied by their respective legal counsel,” added Heru.

Observations at the scene showed Ais and Boy Dara wearing detainee vests after undergoing examination at the Bima District Attorney’s office. Both were subsequently detained in separate rooms.
