Meta reportedly developing AI character mimicking Mark Zuckerberg

Jakarta - Technology company Meta is reportedly developing a virtual character based on artificial intelligence (AI) trained using information about Mark Zuckerberg’s communication style. Tech publication Engadget, on Monday (13/4), cited a Financial Times report stating that the AI character is trained based on Zuckerberg’s mannerisms, tone of speech, and public statements. The character also learns the CEO’s thoughts on the company’s latest strategies to provide advice and input to Meta employees. The AI Zuckerberg character is designed for use when the CEO cannot or does not wish to respond directly. Meta has long been working to create photorealistic 3D animated AI characters that can manage interactions. This project is being realised through the development of the AI mimic of Zuckerberg. The Wall Street Journal reported last month that Zuckerberg is developing an AI agent to help him with his work. However, information regarding the development of that AI agent remains limited.
