Merpati's service in Aceh

JAKARTA (JP): Merpati Nusantara Airlines, a subsidiary of flag
carrier Garuda Indonesia, will link Medan in North Sumatra and
Lhokseumawe in Aceh with flights twice a day and Lhokseumawe and
Banda Aceh twice a week beginning next month, Merpati's
Commercial Director Budiarto said.

Budiarto was quoted by Antara as saying after meeting with
Aceh's Governor Syamsuddin Mahmud and several other local
officials in Banda Aceh Monday evening that the new flight
services will be serviced by CN-235 aircraft.(01)
