PT Meratus has reaffirmed its commitment to continuously strengthen services, connectivity, and integrated maritime logistics solutions for customers and business partners. The commitment was emphasised by the company amidst various circulating information regarding corporate actions linked to Meratus.

Head of Corporate Communications & Sustainability of Meratus Group, Purnama Aditya, stated that all of the company’s operational activities and services are currently running normally without disruption. According to him, Meratus remains focused on executing its business strategy and improving service quality to support national logistics needs.

“Meratus remains focused on strengthening services, connectivity, and providing integrated maritime logistics solutions for all customers and business partners,” Aditya said in an official statement on Thursday (11/6/2026).

Aditya explained that the company needed to provide clarification regarding the circulating information to avoid misunderstandings or speculation among stakeholders. He asserted that Meratus is not aware of any acquisition plans as mentioned in a number of circulating reports.

“We are also not in the process of any offer, discussion, negotiation, or transaction planning related to an acquisition as mentioned in the circulating information,” Aditya stated.

According to him, information regarding corporate actions has the potential to create various perceptions among market players, customers, business partners, employees, and other stakeholders. Therefore, the company deemed it necessary to provide an explanation so that the circulating information does not cause speculation that could impact the company’s reputation.
