MEJA Secures OJK Approval for EGM on Rights Issue
PT Harta Djaya Karya Tbk (MEJA) has announced that the Financial Services Authority (OJK) has approved the convening of the Third Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) for its rights issue corporate action. This approval is a crucial part of the preparation for the Capital Increase with Pre-emptive Rights (PMHMETD), or rights issue, which will be used to support the planned acquisition of PT Trimata Coal Perkasa (TCP) and the change of the company’s business activities to become a holding company. Citing information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), MEJA plans to hold the Third EGM on 21 August 2026. ‘The company plans to hold the Third EGM on 21 August 2026. The company is also in the process of completing the audit of the financial report for the period of June 2026 and appointing a Public Appraisal Services Office in connection with the plan to change MEJA’s business activities to a holding company,’ management wrote on Wednesday (22/7/2026).
