Meeting Students at Vice Presidential Palace, Gibran Values Aspiration Delivery

Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka met with several student representatives who were holding a demonstration on Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan, Central Jakarta, on Monday (15/6/2026). The meeting between Gibran and the student representatives was held behind closed doors at the Vice Presidential Palace.

Acting Secretary to the Vice President, Al Muktabar, stated that Gibran welcomed the aspirations conveyed by the students. Moreover, the student representatives not only voiced aspirations related to national issues but also brought forward concerns from the regional level.

“All of this is being endeavoured for the follow-up of what the students have concentrated on in their thoughts and discussion outcomes, which of course will all be carried out in stages according to existing authority and compliant regulations,” said Al Muktabar at the Vice Presidential Palace on Monday evening.
