“If the company complies, we must certainly protect it. But if it violates, whoever is behind it will definitely be dealt with according to the existing rules. If it’s legitimate, no need to worry; everything is protected because the state must protect it. But if verification results show violations, we will definitely take action according to the existing rules,” he stated.

Furthermore, he conveyed that the PKH Task Force’s enforcement actions in forest areas can be legally accounted for.

This is reflected in several lawsuits against the PKH Task Force that have been rejected by the courts to date.

“This means we act not just to enforce but must do it properly, accurately, scientifically, supported by existing documents and data. If the company has been operating for a long time, meaning long and legal, we must certainly maintain a good business investment climate. But if it violates, that is what we enforce and will definitely be dealt with,” he concluded.
