PT Medika Konsultama Adidayas (MKA) has officially launched Medverse, an end-to-end digital health ecosystem positioned as a solution for healthcare industry players, owners of healthcare service facilities, and cross-disciplinary professionals seeking careers in the health sector.

“The presence of Medverse is not merely the addition of an ordinary digital platform,” said Daniel Nugroho Djafar, President Commissioner of PT Medika Konsultama Adidayas, in Jakarta on Friday.

He explained that Medverse has been designed with a deep understanding of the root problems on the ground. All features offered are relevant and precisely designed to answer the real challenges facing the industry today.

Daniel explained that the big idea behind Medverse was born from the urgent need for a system capable of uniting all elements of the healthcare ecosystem, which have so far operated in a fragmented manner.

He said the healthcare industry is undergoing very rapid transformation, yet is often confronted with confusing system fragmentation. Hospital owners are hampered by inefficiency and regulation, medical staff are exhausted by administrative bureaucracy, and on the other hand, new talent struggles to find the right career path.

“This platform is here as a ‘bridge’ that unites all of that. We are not merely building an application; we are building a healthcare ecosystem that is independent, transparent, and sustainable,” he said.

Daniel affirmed that Medverse stands on strong legal compliance standards while remaining adaptive to today’s technological developments.

Meanwhile, President Director and Founder of PT Medika Konsultama Adidayas, Dr Evan Sastria, explained that the platform is claimed to be the operational solution long complained about by industry players.

According to him, many healthcare facilities are trapped in an operational cycle ranging from lengthy and regulation-heavy human resource recruitment, high turnover, slow administrative systems, to the minimal understanding of industry standards among new staff.

“Through Medverse Career, we provide a supply of professional human resources who have been strictly verified,” he said.

In addition, there is Medverse Academy, a continuing education platform outside the university setting. This initiative equips professionals with knowledge rarely taught in lecture halls, from governance and hospital accreditation to infection prevention and control (PPI) and service standards.

The company has also embedded a Personal Health Record (PHR) that is directly integrated with an on-demand mobile application. Patients can now connect with their chosen clinic or hospital in the palm of their hand, without geographical or administrative barriers.

Meanwhile, to strengthen business operations, Medverse Enterprise is reinforced by the latest versions of SIMRS and SIMKLINIK with the highest level of data security.

The company has also embedded comprehensive artificial intelligence (AI), ranging from streamlining the registration process, recording Integrated Patient Progress Notes (CPPT), accelerating insurance claim processing, to an AI-suggestion-based CEO Dashboard.

“These intelligent features will help leaders monitor the business performance of healthcare facilities with high precision, as well as provide instant recommendation analysis so that leaders can make business decisions more quickly and more accurately,” he said.
