MEDS President Commissioner Jemmy Kurniawan Sells 2.68 Million Shares

President Commissioner of PT Hetzner Medical Indonesia Tbk (MEDS), Jemmy Kurniawan, has reduced his shareholding by selling 2,683,600 shares.

According to information disclosed to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the share sale was conducted in two direct transactions on the regular market. A total of 2,000,000 shares were sold at a price of Rp80 per share, while the remaining 683,600 shares were sold at Rp81 per share.

Following the transaction, Kurniawan’s ownership in MEDS decreased from 889,570,900 shares to 886,887,300 shares. Consequently, his voting rights proportion edged down from 56.93% to 56.76%, a reduction of approximately 0.17 percentage points.

Despite the divestment, Kurniawan retains his status as the controlling shareholder of the company, and the report confirmed that control of the company will be maintained.
