Entering the new fiscal year, the company is expanding its business diversification by spreading its wings into eight new business pillars.

In line with the solid profit growth, MDLA recorded revenue of Rp 14.89 trillion. This achievement is considered to reflect the stability of business fundamentals as well as the expansion strategy implemented by the company.

“Double-digit net profit growth is one of the positive indicators of the company’s performance throughout 2025. Moving forward, the company will remain focused on maintaining growth stability through strengthening logistics infrastructure and optimising the business portfolio,” stated the President Director of PT Medela Potentia Tbk, Krestijanto Pandji, quoted from a written statement on Tuesday, 31 March 2026.

Pandji conveyed that the company will expand its portfolio by adding eight new principals. This expansion consists of two prescription drug principals, two consumer health, and four medical devices. This step is expected to enrich distribution solutions while increasing the company’s competitiveness in the industry.

In an effort to expand reach beyond Java Island, the company is currently building a new warehouse and branch office in Medan, targeted for completion by the end of 2026.

This facility had previously been used for more than a decade under a lease scheme.

MDLA also acquired land of 2.7 hectares in the Jababeka I Industrial Area for the development of NDC 2 owned by PT Anugrah Argon Medica. This expansion aims to increase warehouse capacity while accelerating distribution to customers.

From the medical devices business line, a subsidiary of PT Deca Metric Medica, it has begun penetrating the international market by exporting products to Cambodia and Timor Leste since August 2025. Meanwhile, PT Djembatan Dua continues to strengthen its product portfolio by launching three new SKUs, which also drove sales growth of up to 50%.
