Medco's Apexindo to sell Rp 750b bonds
JAKARTA: PT Apexindo Pratama Duta, the oil unit of PT Medco Energi Internasional in Indonesia, plans to sell Rp 750 billion (US$79 million) of bonds this month. Medco is Indonesia's biggest publicly traded oil producer.
The company will sell Rp 510 billion of five-year bonds with a coupon of 12.25 percent. It will also offer Rp 240 billion of five-year bonds that comply with an Islamic rule that forbids the payment or receipt of interest, it said in a statement published in Bisnis Indonesia on Friday. -- Bloomberg
