JAKARTA – PT Medela Potentia Tbk (MDLA), a listed company in the healthcare sector focused on pharmaceutical and medical device distribution, recorded double-digit net profit growth in 2025 amid the dynamics of the national healthcare industry. Throughout fiscal year 2025, MDLA booked net profit of Rp 398.1 billion, up 16% year-on-year, with revenues reaching Rp 14.89 trillion. President Director of PT Medela Potentia Tbk, Krestijanto Pandji, stated that this achievement reflects the continued strengthening of the company’s fundamental business stability. “Double-digit net profit growth serves as one of the positive indicators of the company’s performance throughout 2025,” said Krestijanto Pandji, in a press statement on Monday (30/3/2026). “Moving forward, the company will remain focused on maintaining growth stability through logistics infrastructure enhancement and business portfolio optimisation,” he added. This step forms part of the diversification strategy to enrich distribution solutions while increasing competitiveness in the healthcare industry. On the infrastructure side, MDLA also bolstered its distribution network through the acquisition of National Distribution Centre (NDC) 1, spanning 10,000 square metres with a capacity of 13,525 pallets, located in Jababeka Industrial Estate II, Cikarang, West Java. Additionally, the company acquired 2.7 hectares of land in Jababeka Industrial Estate I for the development of NDC 2 for PT Anugrah Argon Medica. This expansion is expected to increase warehouse capacity while accelerating distribution services to customers. To expand reach beyond Java, the construction of a warehouse and branch office for PT Anugrah Argon Medica in Medan is targeted for completion by the end of 2026. Meanwhile, PT Djembatan Dua strengthened its own-brand portfolio by launching three new SKUs of products, which also drove sales growth of up to 50%.
