MDKA Director Sells 95,000 Shares

Jakarta — Director of PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA), Jason Laurence Greive, has divested 95,000 shares in the mining company.

According to the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) disclosure, Jason conducted the share sale on 5 March 2026 when MDKA shares were trading at Rp3,850 per share.

The transaction is recorded as a divestment with direct ownership status and no repurchase agreement. Consequently, Greive’s shareholding has decreased to 483,200 shares from the previous 578,200 shares in MDKA.

Despite the reduction in share quantity, Greive’s voting rights remain relatively unchanged, staying at approximately 0.002% of total outstanding shares.

Additionally, the transaction does not alter the control status within the company.
