MBG TV Emerges: No Connection to BGN, Says Nanik
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The National Nutrition Agency (BGN) has confirmed that none of the programmes broadcast on MBG TV are affiliated with the BGN.
“There is absolutely no connection with the BGN,” stated Deputy Head of BGN, Nanik Sudaryati Deyang, when contacted by Kompas.com on Thursday (26/2/2026).
Nanik explained that MBG TV is not owned by the BGN.
The emergence of MBG TV was also unknown to the Head of BGN, Dadan Hindayana.
“I have confirmed this with the Head of the Agency, and he was also unaware,” said Nanik.
“The BGN is not responsible for the content of MBG TV,” Nanik added.
Previously, a post went viral on Instagram, claiming the existence of programmes on MBG TV.
The post stated that the MBG TV broadcasting network has collaborated with 15 terrestrial television stations, reaching 13 provinces and 98 regencies/cities, and is also available through live streaming services on JupnasGizi.com.
