PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia (EMI), the Sole Distributor and Brand Holder (ATPM) for Mazda in Indonesia, has invested Rp70 billion to build the Mazda PIK 2 dealership and the Mazda Indonesia Training Centre in the Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2 area, Jakarta. Both facilities were inaugurated on 8 April 2026 and mark a milestone in Mazda’s business by strengthening its network and building human resource (HR) capabilities as a foundation for long-term growth in Indonesia.

“Mazda PIK 2 strengthens our network from an operational perspective, while the Mazda Indonesia Training Centre ensures that the standards we set can be implemented comprehensively at every service point. With this readiness, we are in a more solid position to support future growth, including introducing products in various market segments that are relevant to Indonesia,” said Ricky Thio, Chief Operating Officer of PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia, when met by the media in PIK 2 on Thursday (9/4/2026).

Mazda PIK 2 is a 3S dealership facility (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) that integrates all services in one location. This facility is designed to provide consistent and efficient services, while also offering convenience to customers at every stage of Mazda vehicle ownership. The PIK 2 area was chosen as a strategic location in line with its growth as a centre for lifestyle and business activities.

Mazda believes this area will play an important role in supporting network expansion and reaching a wider customer base. Standing on a 1,470 square metre (m²) plot and consisting of three floors, Mazda PIK 2 offers a dealership facility designed to provide a comprehensive vehicle ownership experience.

This Mazda dealership is integrated with the Mazda Indonesia Training Centre. This is Mazda’s first training facility in Indonesia, designed to build human resource (HR) quality to global Mazda standards. Located on the fourth floor with an area of 704 m², this facility can accommodate more than 100 training participants at one time.

The Mazda Indonesia Training Centre offers structured training programmes covering Product Knowledge & Mazda Expert Certification, Technical Training for Technicians and Service Advisors, Sales & Customer Handling Skills including communication and service excellence abilities, and Leadership & People Development for managerial capability enhancement. This training is supported by a standardised curriculum and instructors certified by Mazda Motor Corporation, ensuring consistency of competence across the entire Mazda dealer network in Indonesia, while strengthening operational capabilities on a sustainable basis.

The Mazda Indonesia Training Centre is equipped with various facilities designed to support comprehensive learning processes, while reflecting Mazda’s values and philosophy.
