Mayor Zulfikar Earns Fourth Master's Degree from US Army CGSC, Following in SBY's Footsteps
Three Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) officers have successfully completed their education at the US Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) for the 2025-2026 academic year. Among the graduates is Mayor Inf Dr. Zulfikar Rakita Dewa, S.E., S.Hub.Int., M.I.Pol., M.H., M.M., MOS, who simultaneously earned a Master of Operational Studies (MOS) degree. This achievement is considered phenomenal as it marks his fourth master’s degree, complementing an academic journey spanning economics, management, international relations, political science, law, and governance up to the doctoral level. CGSC, located in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, United States, is one of the world’s most prestigious military education institutions, renowned for developing military and strategic leaders from various nations. Notable Indonesian national figures who have studied at CGSC include Revolution Hero General (Ret.) Ahmad Yani and the 6th President of the Republic of Indonesia, General (Ret.) Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.
