Tangerang Mayor Sachrudin said face-to-face services remain important in providing a humanistic approach, therefore the City Government continues to strengthen the Tangerang City Public Service Mall (MPP) as an integrated service centre that is comfortable, friendly, and solution-oriented. “The humanistic aspect of face-to-face services remains important. Therefore, we continue to strengthen the facilities and services at the MPP so that the public and business operators receive comfortable and solution-oriented services,” said Mayor Sachrudin while receiving a visit from the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming assessment team at the Tangerang City Government Centre on Tuesday. According to him, ease of licensing is an important part of creating a more conducive business and investment climate. Therefore, the Tangerang City Government continues to introduce various innovations, including PBG 10 Jam, Sambut NIB, Sulton, Lintasan, and Point, to provide fast, easy, transparent services that offer legal certainty. “We continue to strive to produce innovations that reach all levels of business. We present all of this to provide ease and certainty for the public and business operators,” he said. The assessment team’s visit for spot-checking is a follow-up to the previous presentation stage of the assessment, as well as a verification process for the implementation of Integrated Licensing Services (PTSP) and Business Licensing Services (PPB) in Tangerang City. Mayor Sachrudin also expressed his appreciation to the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/BKPM for the trust placed in Tangerang City, which has successfully entered the top six nominations for Regional Governments with Very Good Performance in the national PTSP and PPB assessment. “Tangerang City’s inclusion in the top six nominations is a motivation for us to continue providing the best service to the public and business operators. This is not just an achievement, but also an encouragement to keep making improvements,” said Sachrudin. “For us, licensing is no longer just a matter of documents, but about building trust. We are not only ready to be assessed by numbers, but also ready to prove that Tangerang City continues to provide ease and certainty in doing business,” he stressed. Assessment team member from BKPM, Wishnu W Soedibyo, assessed that the facilities and services prepared, especially the Tangerang City MPP, were very good. “This is my first time in Tangerang City. This city is very close to the capital and has an extraordinary MPP,” said Wishnu. Meanwhile, assessment team member from the Cabinet Secretariat, Danil Arif Iskandar, expressed hope that the entire spot-check process would yield the best results for Tangerang City. “Thank you for the excellent welcome and reception. Hopefully, Tangerang City can achieve satisfactory assessment results,” said Danil.
