Maybank Indonesia (BNII) to Distribute Rp 580 Billion Dividend
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for 2026 of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk. (BNII) has agreed to distribute dividends for the 2025 fiscal year amounting to Rp 580.08 billion. This amount is equivalent to 35% of the bank’s net profit last year of Rp 1.66 trillion.
The remaining Rp 1.07 trillion, or 65% of Maybank Indonesia’s net profit, will be set aside as retained earnings to support capital strengthening and future business development.
In addition, the AGMS decided to appoint Dato’ Zulkiflee Abbas Abdul Hamid as President Commissioner of Maybank Indonesia.
The meeting also approved the appointment of Dato’ Sri Khairussaleh Ramli and Dr. Hasnita Dato’ Hashim as Commissioners of the Company, as well as Mariana Husin as a Director of the Company. These changes in leadership structure are intended to support the strengthening of the Company’s sustainable growth strategy, ROAR30.
At the same time, the AGMS approved the end of Edwin Gerungan’s term as Commissioner and Ricky Antariksa’s as Director. The meeting also approved the reappointment of Hendar as Independent Commissioner and Effendi as Director of the Company.
In line with the implementation of the AGMS, Maybank Indonesia’s President Director Steffano Ridwan stated that these leadership changes are part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the Bank’s position as a regional financial partner, in line with Indonesia’s role as one of the Maybank Group’s home markets.
Accordingly, following the 2026 AGMS, the composition of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and Sharia Supervisory Board of Maybank Indonesia is as follows:
With the provision that:
*) The appointment of Dato’ Zulkiflee Abbas Abdul Hamid as President Commissioner of the Company, Dr. Hasnita Dato’ Hashim as Commissioner of the Company, and Mrs. Mariana Husin as Director of the Company will take effect after obtaining approval from the Financial Services Authority. Thus, the appointments that will apply to them are in accordance with the decision of the Financial Services Authority.
Dato’ Zulkiflee Abbas Abdul Hamid may continue to carry out his duties and authorities as a Commissioner of the Company until approval is obtained from the Financial Services Authority for his appointment as President Commissioner of the Company.
**) Dato’ Sri Khairussaleh Ramli may continue to carry out his duties and authorities as President Commissioner of the Company until Dato’ Zulkiflee Abbas Abdul Hamid, appointed at this General Meeting of Shareholders, has effectively assumed the duties and authorities as President Commissioner of the Company after fulfilling all requirements based on applicable laws and regulations.
