Maybank Indonesia appoints new commissioners and distributes Rp580 billion dividend
This leadership change is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the bank’s position as a regional financial partner.
Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk, through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for 2026, decided to overhaul the company’s board of commissioners and directors and approved the distribution of a cash dividend worth Rp580 billion.
Quoting a written statement in Jakarta on Saturday, shareholders agreed to appoint Dato’ Zulkiflee Abbas Abdul Hamid as President Commissioner of Maybank Indonesia.
The meeting also approved the appointment of Dato’ Sri Khairussaleh Ramli and Dr. Hasnita Dato’ Hashim as Commissioners of the Company, as well as Mariana Husin as a Director of the Company.
This leadership structure change is intended to support the strengthening of the Company’s sustainable growth strategy, ROAR30.
“This leadership change is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the bank’s position as a regional financial partner, in line with Indonesia’s role as one of Maybank Group’s home markets,” said Maybank Indonesia President Director Steffano Ridwan.
The AGMS also approved the end of Edwin Gerungan’s term as Commissioner and Ricky Antariksa’s as Director. The subsequent agreement was the reappointment of Hendar as Independent Commissioner and Effendi as Director of the Company.
Thus, the composition of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and Sharia Supervisory Board of Maybank Indonesia is as follows.

Regarding the dividend, 35 percent of the bank’s net profit of Rp1.66 trillion has been allocated for cash dividend distribution at a value of Rp7.6110 per share.
Meanwhile, the remaining 65 percent, or Rp1.08 trillion, has been set aside as retained earnings to support capital strengthening and future business development of the Company.
