May 2026 BPNT Social Assistance of Rp 600,000 Already Disbursed: How to Check Recipients via Mobile Phone

The May 2026 BPNT social assistance of Rp 600,000 has begun to be disbursed to family beneficiaries (KPM) in various regions. This assistance is provided for the April, May, and June 2026 period all at once. Each KPM receives assistance amounting to Rp 600,000, channelled through the Family Welfare Card (KKS) or post offices according to the recipient’s domicile. The Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) programme, or staple goods social assistance, is distributed through Himbara banks such as BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and BTN. Interestingly, for this second quarter disbursement in 2026, the government has also designated hundreds of thousands of new social assistance recipients. They have been included in the recipient list for the Hope Family Programme (PKH) and BPNT/Staple Goods after a process of proposals from villages, sub-districts, social services, to the Cek Bansos application. This information was conveyed by the Centre for Data and Social Welfare Information (Pusdatin Kesos) of the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos) through its official Instagram account. The inclusion of new social assistance recipients simultaneously replaces previous KPM deemed no longer eligible. The government ensures that the total number of social assistance recipients remains the same. However, the recipient list may change in each disbursement period after the verification and data update process.
