Maxus Strengthens Customer Trust as Growth Strategy
In the midst of increasingly competitive automotive industry competition, a brand’s success is no longer determined solely by technology and product quality, but also by its ability to build long-term relationships with customers. Based on this belief, Maxus Indonesia organised the Maxus Gala as part of a strategy to create strong closeness with customers while building a community of Maxus owners in Indonesia.
For Maxus Indonesia, building customer loyalty is a long-term investment. Amidst the growing number of vehicle choices on the market, the ownership experience is one of the important factors that differentiates a brand. Therefore, Maxus not only focuses on presenting innovative products but also ensures that every customer receives consistent after-sales service, communication, and support throughout the vehicle ownership period.
The Maxus Gala serves as a forum for Maxus owners to interact and engage in direct dialogue with the Maxus Indonesia team, as a form of appreciation while strengthening the trust and long-term relationships that have been established between the company and those who have entrusted their vehicle choice to Maxus. The inaugural event was held at Sofia, South Jakarta, and was attended by 20 customers.
‘Every brand has a beginning, but no brand can grow without customer trust. We are very grateful for the trust that has been given to Maxus. This support forms the foundation of our journey in Indonesia and motivates us to continue delivering better products, services, and ownership experiences,’ said Maxus Indonesia CEO, Jerry Huang.
With a customer engagement strategy oriented towards customer insight, Maxus Indonesia uses every piece of customer feedback as an important reference to continuously improve product quality, services, and the vehicle ownership experience.
Through the MIFA 7 and MIFA 9, Maxus presents new choices in Indonesia’s premium MPV electric vehicle segment. As the number of customers grows, the company views building a positive ownership experience as equally important as presenting product innovation.
This approach is part of Maxus’s long-term strategy to strengthen brand growth in Indonesia. Going forward, Maxus Indonesia will continue to reinforce its customer-centric approach through open communication, development of the vehicle owner community, and improvement of service quality at every stage of the ownership experience.
‘For us, listening to customers is just as important as presenting product innovation. Through the Maxus Gala, we want to build a closer dialogue space so that every experience and input from customers can become part of the development of Maxus services and ownership experiences in the future. We hope the Maxus Gala will be the start of more opportunities to continue meeting, discussing, and growing together with our customers,’ added Head of Sales & Marketing Division, Maxus Indonesia, Caessy Rusli.
Through this initiative, Maxus Indonesia reaffirms its commitment to placing customers as an important part of the company’s growth journey. By strengthening trust, delivering an increasingly better ownership experience, and building long-term relationships, Maxus is optimistic it can grow together with its customers in Indonesia.
