MAXUS Opens Three Dealerships in Indonesia This Month
MAXUS Indonesia, an electric vehicle manufacturer, is conducting market expansion, with one of its efforts being the opening of three dealerships simultaneously this month.
Two dealerships are opening in West Java—in Bandung City and Cikarang, Bekasi Regency. One flagship dealership is located at TB Simatupang in South Jakarta.
This move is part of an expansion strategy to strengthen service accessibility and bring premium EV ownership experiences closer to customers.
The MAXUS dealerships opening this month offer integrated sales and after-sales service facilities, ensuring optimal ownership experience from purchase through vehicle maintenance. This simultaneous expansion also demonstrates that MAXUS focuses not only on technological innovation but also on premium experiences that are easily accessible and reliable.
“We believe that the adoption of electric vehicles in Indonesia requires more than just a superior product. It requires a strong network, easily accessible customer service, and long-term commitment. The opening of dealerships at TB Simatupang and two other locations in Bandung and Cikarang is concrete evidence that MAXUS is present to draw closer to customers and ensure every owner receives a comfortable and trustworthy experience,” said Jerry Huang, CEO of MAXUS Indonesia.
MAXUS is a global brand known for innovation and electric vehicle technology as well as premium driving experiences oriented towards the future. In Indonesia, MAXUS continues to strengthen its position as a premium electric MPV brand with continuous investment and focus on customer satisfaction.
Strengthening the network
This year, MAXUS is promoting the spirit of “Moving Life Comfortably” as a strategic direction in building the brand in Indonesia. This spirit affirms that the transformation towards electric vehicles is not merely about technology but also about providing ownership experiences that are comfortable, safe, and reliable.
MAXUS realises this through a strong ecosystem from upstream to downstream—from products that are relevant and of high quality for customers, local production that increases accessibility, to strengthening service and after-sales networks to ensure comprehensive support for every vehicle owner. The aim is for customers to obtain comfort, a sense of security, and certainty in the long term.
With the MIFA 7 and MIFA 9 targeting modern families, professionals and top business people, and the spirit of “Moving Life Comfortably”, through local production, customer service and after-sales network support, MAXUS aspires to present an electric vehicle experience that is not only innovative in technology but also easily accessible, reliable and consistent in delivering long-term customer satisfaction in Indonesia.
MAXUS is targeting network development to reach 20 3S dealerships throughout Indonesia by the end of 2026. This phased expansion is designed to ensure every MAXUS customer can easily access services, technical support, and official spare parts in various regions.
With the expansion of the network progressively in Bandung and Cikarang this month as well, MAXUS affirms its commitment to becoming a premium electric vehicle brand that is not only superior in innovation but also easily accessible and provides peace of mind for every owner.
