Maxus Opens Flagship Dealership in South Jakarta

JAKARTA – Maxus Indonesia inaugurated a new flagship dealership in the TB Simatupang area of South Jakarta on Tuesday, 10 March 2026. The opening forms part of a dealership network expansion aimed at broadening access to services.

This network expansion signals that Maxus is focused not only on developing electric vehicle technology, but also on enhancing service quality for customers.

“We believe that the adoption of electric vehicles in Indonesia requires more than just a superior product. It requires a strong network, services easily accessible to customers, and long-term commitment,” said Jerry in his official remarks.

“The opening of dealerships in TB Simatupang and two other locations in Bandung and Cikarang is tangible evidence that Maxus is committed to drawing closer to customers and ensuring every owner has a comfortable and trustworthy experience,” added Jerry.

Maxus emphasises that the transition to electric vehicles concerns not only technology, but also delivering a comfortable, safe, and reliable ownership experience.

This is being realised through the introduction of the Mifa 7 and Mifa 9, which target modern families, professionals, and business owners. Maxus aims to present electric vehicles that are not only technologically innovative, but also affordable and deliver long-term customer satisfaction in Indonesia.

The TB Simatupang area was selected for its strategic location as one of South Jakarta’s main business corridors. The area also offers good accessibility and is surrounded by residential and office zones.

The flagship dealership, equipped with integrated sales and after-sales facilities, is expected to provide an optimal consumer experience, from purchase through vehicle maintenance.

Moving forward, Maxus targets network development reaching 20 dealerships meeting 3S standards throughout Indonesia by the end of 2026. This phased expansion is being undertaken so that customers can more easily access services, technical support, and official spare parts across various regions.

Following Jakarta, Maxus plans to inaugurate dealerships in Bandung and Cikarang in the coming weeks.
