Maxim Food’s food ordering service has introduced service updates for users in Bandung and Bekasi, West Java. As part of the Maxim app ecosystem, key changes include a fully refreshed interface, a more diverse menu selection, and the introduction of cashless payment via Maxim Wallet KasPro.
According to Gery Hendra Saputra, Business Development Manager for Maxim’s West Java region, the growing potential of Bandung’s culinary industry is one of the drivers for Maxim to introduce the latest innovations in its Food service. ‘We aim to provide users with a more convenient ordering experience while helping culinary businesses access more business opportunities,’ he said.
The update is designed to deliver faster, more practical, and user-friendly ordering experiences. With a simpler and more intuitive interface, customers can search for restaurants, select menus, and complete transactions more efficiently.
Additionally, the cashless payment feature allows transactions to be processed directly through the app, making payments safer and more convenient without the need for cash. Through collaboration with new partner networks, customers now enjoy a wider variety of restaurants and menu options. Maxim Food’s range of choices has significantly expanded while maintaining service quality and delivery speed.
The update also aims to provide greater support for micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM). With the latest Maxim Food version, local culinary businesses can reach more customers, increase income opportunities, and offer competitively priced products.
